Shipping policy

Maggie Stickney Art ships original artwork and prints with care. Because artwork varies in size, material, framing, destination, and availability, shipping methods and timelines may vary by order.
Processing Time
Original artwork is typically prepared for shipment within 3–10 business days unless otherwise noted.
Prints may require additional production time, especially if they are made to order.
If there is a timing issue, gallery transfer, framing need, travel delay, or another reason an order may take longer, we will contact you.
Shipping Methods
Shipping carriers are selected based on the size, destination, and safest available option for the artwork. Orders may ship through FedEx, UPS, USPS, or another appropriate carrier.
Tracking information will be provided when available.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs may be calculated at checkout, included in the artwork listing, or quoted separately depending on the item.
Oversized, framed, unusually delicate, or high-value artwork may require special shipping arrangements. If shipping needs to be quoted separately, we will contact you before shipment.
International Shipping
Online checkout may be available for select countries and regions. Because original artwork varies in size, value, packaging needs, and destination, international shipping may require additional confirmation before shipment.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, VAT, tariffs, or other charges required by their country unless those charges are clearly collected at checkout.
International delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or local delivery conditions. Maggie Stickney Art is not responsible for delays caused by customs or import processing.
If we determine that an artwork cannot be safely or reasonably shipped to the destination provided, we will contact you before shipment. If the order cannot be fulfilled, we will issue a refund.

Packaging
Original artwork is packaged carefully to help protect it during transit. Packaging methods may vary depending on whether the artwork is framed, unframed, on canvas, on paper, or otherwise delicate.
Delivery Issues
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Maggie Stickney Art is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier first and then contact us. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee replacement or refund for packages marked delivered by the carrier.
Damaged Shipments
If your artwork or print arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the artwork and packaging. Please keep all packaging until the issue is resolved.
