Welcome to Maggie Stickney Art, the studio and online shop of artist Maggie Stickney. By using this website or purchasing artwork, prints, or other products from the site, you agree to the terms below.

Artwork and Product Information

We do our best to describe artwork, prints, dimensions, materials, framing, colors, and availability accurately. Because screens display color differently, artwork may appear slightly different in person than it does online.

Original artwork is one-of-a-kind and may sell through the website, directly from the artist, or through a gallery. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you and issue a refund if the order cannot be fulfilled.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted. Prices may change at any time.

Payment is due at checkout unless other written arrangements have been made. Applicable taxes and shipping charges may be added at checkout.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, listed incorrectly, priced incorrectly, suspected to involve fraud, or otherwise cannot be fulfilled.

If an order is canceled after payment, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

Shipping, returns, refunds, damaged items, and cancellations are handled according to the Shipping Policy and Returns & Refund Policy posted on this website.

Commissions and Custom Work

Commissioned or custom artwork may be subject to separate timing, pricing, deposit, approval, and cancellation terms. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, commission deposits are generally non-refundable once work has begun.

Copyright and Use of Artwork

All artwork, images, photographs, text, and website content are owned by Maggie Stickney Art or used with permission.

Purchasing original artwork, a print, or any other item does not transfer copyright. Artwork and images may not be copied, reproduced, resold, licensed, distributed, used commercially, used for merchandise, or used for promotional purposes without written permission.

Collectors may display purchased artwork for personal use.

International Orders

Customers outside the United States are responsible for understanding and complying with any import rules, customs requirements, taxes, duties, or fees that apply in their country.

Where applicable law gives customers rights that cannot be waived, these Terms do not limit those rights.

Website Use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to interfere with its security or operation, copy content without permission, or use the site for unlawful purposes.

Third-Party Links

The website may link to galleries, press features, social media, payment providers, or other third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party websites.

Limitation of Liability
